Ron Hubbard is the Senior Vice President of Capital Markets at Hageman Capital, a capital provider for development projects through the purchase of project-specific Tax Increment Financing (TIF) bonds on behalf of developers.  Prior to joining Hageman Group, Ron held debt capital markets, investor relations, real estate lending and auditor positions over his 30-year career with firms such as Pacific Life, Duke Realty, Healthcare Realty Trust, NHP and Arthur Andersen.

Ron is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, with Bachelor’s in Business Administration (Accounting) and Master’s in Business  (Real Estate & Finance) degrees. Ron is a member of the AICPA and the Advisory Board for the IU Kelley Center for Real Estate Studies.

Ron and his wife, Maureen, have two grown children (Bridget and Carolyn), and reside in Carmel, Indiana.
