Ross Wettersten is the Director of Acquisitions at Hageman Capital, where he maximizes the value of public/private partnership developments through the monetization of Tax Increment Financing (TIF). Prior to joining Hageman Capital, Ross worked in multifamily investment sales at both Walker & Dunlop and CBRE, where he represented both institutional and private clients across the Midwest.

Ross is a graduate of Indiana University, with a B.S. in Real Estate and Finance. Outside of the office, Ross enjoys spending time with family and friends in Carmel, Indiana where he resides and relishes the opportunity to make it on the golf course.
